NueveMom is no mas ... this according to Univision ... which has information that could prove the woman who was allegedly pregnant with 9 babies ... isn't really pregnant at all.

Univision published a report ... claiming a reporter spoke with a Mexican doctor who performed an ultrasound on Karla Vanessa Perez ... and determined her uterus was "empty."

The doctor told a reporter ... she was unaware of any other ultrasounds that may have been performed ... and says the local Health Dept. is trying to find out who told Karla she was pregnant in the first place.

So, for now ... hasta la vista, baby ... baby ... baby ... baby ... baby ... baby ... baby ... baby ... baby.

Dwight Howard -- I've Been TALKING with Van Gundy During Playoff Run

 

During Playoff Run Orlando Magic superstar Dwight Howard tells TMZ ... he's been in constant contact with head coach Stan Van Gundy since his back surgery ... saying they've spoken "a bunch of times" since the playoffs began.

Dwight was on a walk in Beverly Hills today ... when we asked how life has been since he underwent back surgery in L.A. for a herniated disk last month.

"Sad" ... Howard said ... adding, "Just a little sad that I can't be in Orlando with my teammates in the playoffs."

"I went back and forth with the doctor for a couple of days ... and he just said, 'Dwight I need you to stay here, I don't need you to go back home, I don't need you traveling on the plane ... anything.'"

"I feel like I'm in jail," Dwight said ... "I just really wish I could be there for my teammates."

Dwight says he's been watching every game and speaking with teammates since he's been sidelined ... "supporting them, telling them what they need to do."

But then the bombshell -- Dwight says he's been talking with Coach Van Gundy "a bunch of times since the playoffs began" ... shocking since Stan believes Dwight has been trying to get him fired from the head coaching job.

As for rumors that Dwight faked his injury ... Dwight says it's all B.S. -- claiming the fragment that was floating in his back was the largest fragment his world famous surgeon has ever seen.

"I would never quit on my team, I would never quit on my fans."

Richard Anthony Franco ordered to stay 500 yards away from Halle Berry

Richard the man who was charged with stalking Halle Berry pleaded not guilty Wednesday and was ordered to stay 500 yards away from the actress.

Richard Anthony Franco, 27, arrested after he was allegedly caught for a third time at Berry’s home, was charged Wednesday with felony stalking in a series
of incidents that the actress said made her fear for her life.


Franco, who is being held in lieu of $150,000 bail, was charged with one felony count of stalking after allegedly showing up at Berry's Hollywood Hills home on repeated occasions.

Franco was arrested about 11:15 p.m. Monday after neighbors reported a possible burglar, police said. He is on probation after pleading no contest in June to a misdemeanor battery charge and is facing up to three years in state prison if convicted.

Berry detailed in civil court papers three incidents of an alleged stalker tresspassing on her property.

“This person has invaded and trampled upon the most fundamental sense of security I have.... I am extremely frightened," Berry said in court papers. “He has terrorized me and my family."

The series of alleged incidents began Saturday when the actress was standing in her kitchen with her manager and saw a stranger in her backyard, carrying something in his hand and approaching the house, court records show.

She “screamed there is a guy in my yard,” according to the court filing.

Berry’s manager stepped outside and confronted the man -- later identified as Franco -- who asked for someone named “Santiago,” according to court documents. Berry said she did not know anyone by that name and “felt in extreme danger at that moment,” according to the filing.

Berry said the manager yelled, “If I had a gun I would shoot you.” Berry and the manager then watched on a security monitor as the man scaled a fence around the property and walked away, according to the filing.

Franco returned shortly before 5 p.m. Sunday, the filing alleged. Berry said she went out to her garage/salon and left the key in the door as she usually does. She was inside for 10 minutes when she stepped back into the kitchen for a cold drink.

“All of a sudden I sensed someone behind me and turned to see the same intruder standing less than a foot behind me, staring at me through the glass kitchen door,” Berry stated.

“Panicking and in fear of my life, I turned my body and quickly hit the deadbolt lock on the glass door,” she said. “I grabbed my phone and ran as fast as I could upstairs, slamming each door behind me as I ran. I got upstairs to a safe place, locked myself inside and dialed 911."

Reacting to the incidents, Berry hired a team of armed security officers to guard her home around the clock. About 10 p.m. Monday, she said, she was alone with her 3-year-old daughter when the security team alerted her to “get to safety as quickly as possible with my daughter and stay there,” according to the filing.

A few minutes later, Franco was apprehended.

Can you talk about your last scene as Hermione? What was it, and what were you feeling?

The last shot we did was this kind of strange moment when we dive into the fireplace at the Ministry of Magic. It was actually for Part 1, not Part 2. Dan, Rupert, and I one by one jumped onto these blue safety mats basically, and that was the shot. That was it. It seemed like kind of a strange one to go out on, but David made the point that we were like leaping into the unknown. It was kind of a perfect metaphor for what we were about to go into. It’s so funny, I can’t tell you how I felt when we were shooting it. I was sort of numb.

Were there any other last moments—a last scene at Hogwarts or a last scene filmed with someone—that stick out in your mind?

It’s so funny. This film was obviously incredibly challenging for me. It really pushed me as an actress, but at the same time I was able to use a lot of my own genuine emotions I felt about lasts and all of it coming to an end. I was able to bring how I was feeling to the role, so a perfect example of that was the scene where we stand on the bridge after the battle before we flash forward. I remember just feeling exactly how Hermione would be feeling. Just, wow this is all coming to an end, look at everything we’ve achieved. The set was actually built looking out over Leavesden Studios, which is where I grew up, essentially, and spent the last twelve years. So yeah, not much acting required really, it was all just alive for me.

What character traits do you share with Hermione?

Not so much now, but I guess earnestness, an eagerness to please and to do the right thing—terrified of ever getting into trouble. I’m very heady in the same way that she is; I’m constantly thinking three, four moves ahead. I try to intellectualize a lot, which she does as well, obviously. I’m very determined as well. I like to think that I’m loyal in the same way that she is. I’m a bit of a feminist in the same way that she is. I will speak my mind. It’s hard to say, really. I feel so much of me went into her and so much of her went into me. I can’t really differentiate too much anymore it’s all a bit of a blur.

'Dancing With The Stars' judge 'Carrie Ann Inaba' - gets proposal on 'Regis and Kelly'

"Dancing With The Stars" judge Carrie Ann Inaba agreed to stand in for Kelly Ripa on Thursday's episode of "Live With Regis and Kelly" and was surprised on-air by a proposal.

Inaba's boyfriend of two years, Jesse Sloan asked for the 43 year old's hand in marriage while Regis offered advice to a fake letter, asking how one should propose to their girlfriend.

As Regis answered, the lighting crew dimmed the lights and violinists began playing. Sloan told Inaba that she was an inspiration to him and finally proposed.

"Yes! I will marry you!" Inaba told her new fiance.

Earlier in the show, Inaba denied reports that she was engaged, showing the audience her bare ring finger. Jake Gyllenhaal, who was a guest on the show then appeared with a fake ring, attempting to woo the "DWTS" judge, but by the end of the show, there was a 2.5 carat Rafinity princess-cut ring on that finger.

Mandy Moore's dream come true becomeing Disney princess

Tangled stars Actress Mandy Moore said it was a dream come true to become a Disney princess in new movie Tangled.

Moore, 26, voices the role of the lead character of Rapunzel in the new Disney animated film opposite Zachary Levi. Tangled stars Mandy Moore as a Rapunzel with attitude. Moore is the perfect picture of a Disney princess as we sit down with the star to discuss the art of the Disney animated movie. The platinum-selling singing star is no stranger to film, yet it is her chance to play an animated Disney heroine in Tangled that has her as thrilled as she has ever been over her entire career.

She said it was a dream role as she has grown up with some of Disney's biggest flicks.

She said to PEOPLE: 'I think it's every young girl's dream to be a Disney princess.

'Growing up being obsessed with The Little Mermaid and Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast and singing all of those songs, to find myself in the studio with Alan Menken.

'You know recording these songs for this film and sort of trying to encompass Rapunzel it was such a dream.'

The judge in the Lindsay Lohan case will issue an order Wednesday morning concerning the actress' stay in rehab, a court official said.

Lindsay Lohan entered a court-ordered substance abuse rehabilitation program at Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center on August 2, following a 13-day stint in a Los Angeles county jail for a probation violation.

Judge Marsha Revel, who ordered Lindsay Lohan to spend 90 days in rehab, was replaced by Judge Eldon Fox earlier this month.

Judge Fox, who has met behind closed doors with Lohan's lawyer and the prosecutor, will hold a hearing in his Beverly Hills courtroom Wednesday morning, a court spokesman said.

Fox is expected to issue a new order concerning Lohan during the hearing, the spokesman said.

Revel ordered the jail time and rehab after she ruled that Lohan violated her probation from a 2007 drunk driving case.

Sandra Bullock confirmed Divorce With Her Husband Jesse James

Sandra Bullock confirmed her divorce from her husband of nearly five years, Jesse James, Monday morning, UsMagazine.com has confirmed.

Sandra Bullock and Jesse James's marriage "has become insupportable" after James, 41, cheated on Sandra Bullock, and she filed for divorce on Apr. 23 in Travis County Court in Austin, Tx., where she is a resident.


In the same time of her filing, Bullock revealed that she and James had been in the process of adopting a baby from New Orleans, 3 1/2 month-old Louis before splitting. Sandra Bullock said, she plans to raise the boy as a single parent.

Despite James' infidelities, a source recently told Us Weekly that the two are on speaking terms.
"Jesse would not relocate his family [Chandler, 15, Jesse Jr, 12, and Sunny, 6] to Austin without consulting with her," the insider told Us. "This has been in the works for a while. Austin is Sandra; it's not him."

Since splitting with James, Bullock has been in hiding but recently stepped out for a few highly buzzed-about public appearances.

She wowed crowds at the Nashville flood benefit concert June 22 and a Spike TV awards show the same month.

On June 6, Sandra Bullock accepted the Generation Award at the MTV Movie Awards, where she smooched Scarlett Johnasson and urged the audience: "Can we please go back to normal – because therapy is really expensive."
